At SIRRI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your formal wear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
